These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Memovio (the "Service"), operated by Tailored by Rubi ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Memovio is a generative-AI tool that turns user-provided photos into short cinematic videos. You add money to your Memovio balance and spend it when creating videos.

2. Eligibility & Account
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have appropriate authority to bind the organisation you represent). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity on your account, and you agree to provide accurate information.
Photos of children. Many Memovio videos celebrate children growing up. You may upload photos of a minor only if you are their parent or legal guardian, or have obtained permission from one. You are solely responsible for having this permission for every person shown in your photos.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- Upload content you do not own or do not have rights to use, including other people's likenesses without consent;
- Generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, deceptive (e.g. non-consensual deepfakes), or designed to defame, harass, or impersonate;
- Probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, attempt to circumvent technical limits, or interfere with the Service's security;
- Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the Service;
- Redeem promotional or voucher codes outside their intended terms. Codes are single-use per account unless stated otherwise, may carry an expiry date, have no cash value, and may be revoked in cases of abuse (for example, creating multiple accounts to redeem the same code).
4. AI Outputs & Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the videos generated for you. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use outputs, for verifying that outputs are appropriate for your use, and for ensuring you have all necessary rights to the input content. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and are not a substitute for professional advice. We may remove, restrict, or refuse content that violates these Terms, and we operate a takedown process for rights-holders.
Photos of children. If you upload photos of a minor, you confirm that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained explicit permission from the minor's parent or legal guardian to use their photos in the Service.
Marketing. We will never use your photos or generated videos in our marketing, samples, or social media without your explicit permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service itself, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Tailored by Rubi and protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your current plan.
6. Acceptable content
You may upload only photographs that you own or have the right to use, and only photographs of yourself, your family, and people who have agreed to appear. If a photograph shows a child, you confirm that you are that child's parent or legal guardian. You may not upload nudity or partial nudity of any kind, including photographs of babies or people in swimwear. You may not upload photographs of public figures, or use Memovio to impersonate anyone, to create misleading media, or to depict a person in a situation that did not occur. Memovio does not perform face swaps and does not generate or clone voices. Videos created with Memovio are for personal use. We may refuse or cancel any project that breaches this clause, and where we do, any unused balance is returned. 7. Balance, Payments & Refunds
You add funds to your Memovio balance as one-off top-ups. Balance does not expire. It is deducted only when you confirm creation of a video. Building a project, uploading photos, and previewing are free. Our order process is conducted by a third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record, which handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, and refund execution. 8. Service Levels
We work hard to keep the Service reliable but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. If a render fails on our side, the balance used for that project is returned automatically.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request export of your videos for a reasonable period before deletion.
10. Disclaimers & Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for purpose). Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law prohibits exclusion.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Israel.
