Content Policy
Last updated: 23 July 2026
Memovio creates personal keepsake videos from photographs you already own. This policy explains what you may upload and what we do not accept. It applies to everyone who uses Memovio.
What Memovio is for
Memovio turns your own family photographs into a short cinematic video, for birthdays, anniversaries, family gifts and memorials. You upload photos of yourself and the people close to you, and you receive a personal film.
What you may upload
- Photographs you own or have the right to use
- Photographs of yourself, your family, and people who have agreed to appear
- Photographs of your own children, uploaded by a parent or legal guardian
What we do not accept
- Photographs of people who have not agreed to appear
- Photographs of public figures, celebrities, or political figures
- Nudity or partial nudity of any kind, including babies and swimwear photographs
- Sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise explicit content
- Photographs used to impersonate someone, to create misleading media, or to place a person in a situation that did not happen
- Photographs you do not have the right to use
What Memovio does not do
Memovio does not perform face swaps. Memovio does not clone or generate voices. Memovio does not create adult content. Memovio does not create videos of public figures. Memovio is not a tool for making misleading or deceptive media, and using it for that purpose is a breach of these terms.
How we enforce this
Every project requires you to confirm that your photographs meet this policy before you can continue. We review projects and we cancel any project that breaches this policy. If we cancel a project for this reason, any balance you have not used is returned to you. Repeated breaches result in the account being closed.
Reporting
If you believe a photograph of you has been used without your permission, contact us at service@memovio.app and we will respond within 72 hours.
