Privacy Notice

Last updated: 28 July 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how tAIlored by Rubi, operator of Memovio (the "Service"), collects, uses, and shares your personal data. Memovio is operated by tAIlored by Rubi, Israel. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. Contact: service@memovio.app.

1. Who we are

Memovio is a personal video creation service. You upload your own photos and we generate a short cinematic film using third-party AI video services. The Service is sold worldwide.

2. Data we collect

3. How your photos are used

The photos you upload are used solely to generate the film you asked for. They are sent to third-party AI video and image services strictly to render your film. We do not use your photos, or the faces in them, to train AI models. We do not sell your photos and we do not share them for advertising or marketing. We do not build a facial recognition profile of anyone.

4. Why we use your data (and legal basis)

5. Payment provider (Merchant of Record)

Payments are processed by Polar, acting as our Merchant of Record. Polar handles the payment method, tax calculation, invoicing, and, where applicable, EU VAT collection and remittance. We receive only limited transaction information (transaction id, amount, currency, and the email used at checkout). We never see or store your full card details. Polar's own privacy notice applies to the checkout experience and is presented to you at that time.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. These are always on. We also use analytics and advertising cookies (including the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API), but only after you accept them via the cookie banner. No advertising or analytics script fires before you consent.

You can change your choice at any time: .

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside your country (for example in the EEA, the UK, the US, and Israel). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

9. Retention

We keep account, project, and content data for as long as your account is active. If you delete a project, its photos and rendered film are removed from active storage promptly and from backups within a reasonable period. We keep transaction and tax records for as long as required by law (typically 6 to 10 years). When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised. You may delete your account at any time by emailing service@memovio.app.

10. Your rights

Subject to local law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority. We respond to requests within one month. To exercise your rights, email service@memovio.app.

11. Children

Memovio is not directed at children. Accounts may only be created by adults. Photos of minors may be uploaded only by or with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

12. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is perfectly secure, so please also protect your account with a strong unique password.
