30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on credit purchases from Memovio (operated by Tailored by Rubi). If you change your mind, you can request a full refund of any unused credits within 30 days of your order date.
Automatic refunds for failed renders
If a video fails to generate due to a problem on our side, the credits used for that project are returned to your account automatically — there is nothing you need to do.
How to request a refund
Our orders are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you checked out with; or
- Email us at support@tailoredbyrubi.com with your order details and we'll work with Paddle to process it.
Used credits
Credits already spent on completed video projects are not eligible for a money-back refund (the work has been delivered). We still want you to be happy with the result — if a finished video is not what you expected, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
